Temporary Regional Scouting Assistant U9-U13 Dortmund

Do you want to discover and nurture young football talents? At Borussia Dortmund's youth performance centre, you will work in a professional environment and support the development of young players in the U9-U13 age range.

• Identifying, evaluating, and following up on talents in the U9-U13 age range in Dortmund.

• Observing and analysing matches and tournaments in the Dortmund football district and surrounding regions.

• Creating scouting reports and providing important information to the youth scouting management.

• Building and maintaining contacts with clubs, coaches, and other individuals in youth football.

• Participating in scouting meetings – both online and on-site.

• Providing support in video scouting.

• Experience in youth football and talent development.

• Excellent knowledge of the regional football landscape and the U9-U13 age groups.

• High level of commitment and flexibility.

• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.

• Sense of responsibility and reliability.

• Authentic appearance and enjoyment of teamwork.

• Great enthusiasm for football.

• Experience with the structures of a youth performance centre.

• Identification with the values of Borussia Dortmund.

• Driving licence class B.
