Since 1999, we have been manufacturing carbide blanks at our Mainleus location, which are later used as cutting tools in a wide range of industries. We are a successful company with excellent future prospects. To support our further growth, we are looking to immediately strengthen our team with a:

Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

A successful completion of commercial training and professional experience is required.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the timely picking and shipping of orders
• Commissioning and monitoring import, export, and customs processes
• Handling complaints and returns, as well as invoice verification
• Central contact for internal shipments and transactions, including managing all documents
• Compilation, preparation, and analysis of reports

Our requirements:

• Customs and logistics certifications are advantageous
• Proficient use of MS Office systems, ERP systems, knowledge of Infor M3 is beneficial
• Understanding of EU export and import regulations
• Structured work style, strong communication skills, as well as problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
• Advanced English language skills / fluent in German, spoken and written
