Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities with us:
- Organisational and administrative support for the management
- Planning and organising business trips, including booking hotels, rail travel, and pool vehicles
- Handling general office and administrative tasks as well as correspondence via email and post
- Fleet management
Your qualifications:
- As an assistant, you keep the management’s back free. Even in hectic situations, you remain calm, friendly, and in control, convincing with your open and communicative manner
- You have completed commercial training and possess solid business management knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in an assistant role is desirable
- Your independent and results-oriented work style as well as your strong service-oriented approach set you apart
- You have excellent communication skills and are confident both verbally and in writing
- You are an outstanding planner and organiser who acts proactively
- Discretion is a given for you
- You are proficient in MS Office and have knowledge of data processing systems and handling AI applications
