Arlt KG is a family-run business in the food retail sector with its headquarters in Neckarsteinach. Since 1998, the company has been operating six EDEKA stores in the Kraichgau and Odenwald regions. Around 180 employees are dedicated to fresh groceries, high quality, and personal service every day.
Support is sought for the new store in Waldbrunn. In this role, you'll advise customers, manage goods in the store, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Description
Customer Service: Through your expert advice and service-oriented approach, you ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Goods Receipt Inspection: You check the goods for quality and freshness.
Creative Product Presentation: You maintain the shelves and present the goods attractively.
Stock Management: You perform orders as needed.
HACCP Compliance: You adhere to legal and company-specific hygiene regulations.
Requirements
Training: Ideally, you have completed training in the food retail sector or have professional experience in the mentioned area.
Experience and Knowledge: You have experience in the areas of fresh produce, dairy, dry goods, or the beverages department.
Career Changers: Career changers are also welcome and will receive training from us.
Customer-oriented Approach: Your strengths include creativity, friendliness, quality awareness, and communication skills.
Organisational Talent: You act responsibly and possess team spirit.
