The ELW of the state capital Stuttgart cares for and supports over 1,500 people in Stuttgart – across eight residential care facilities, a mobile service at several locations, various supported living facilities, several day care centres, a meeting place, and two emergency housing facilities. Description
Your responsibilities will include assessing care needs, developing care plans, and implementing quality assurance measures.
You will carry out medical prescriptions.
Dressing changes and wound care fall under your responsibility.
You will coordinate and document care measures.
You will assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, eating, and dressing.
You will actively contribute to the psychosocial support and activation of our residents.
Requirements
A completed three-year nursing qualification.
Empathy in dealing with our residents in need of assistance.
Understanding and friendly interaction with relatives and external partners.
Independent, reliable, and responsible work approach.
Communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
