The ELW of the state capital Stuttgart cares for and supports over 1,500 people in Stuttgart – across eight residential care facilities, a mobile service at several locations, various supported living facilities, several day care centres, a meeting place, and two emergency housing facilities. • Your responsibilities will include assessing care needs, developing care plans, and implementing quality assurance measures.

• You will carry out medical prescriptions.

• Dressing changes and wound care fall under your responsibility.

• You will coordinate and document care measures.

• You will assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, eating, and dressing.

• You will actively contribute to the psychosocial support and activation of our residents.

• A completed three-year nursing qualification.

• Empathy in dealing with our residents in need of assistance.

• Understanding and friendly interaction with relatives and external partners.

• Independent, reliable, and responsible work approach.

• Communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
