We are looking for a Baker for our client companies.
Description
Check raw materials for quality
Prepare doughs and mixtures
Bake and refine baked goods
Operate and monitor production machinery
Ensure quality and freshness of products
Adhere to hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Clean and maintain machines, equipment, and work areas
Requirements
Professional experience and/or completed training as a baker or confectioner
Knowledge in the production of bread, rolls, and pastries
Experience with ovens and machinery
Craftsmanship and enjoyment of baking
Careful and independent working method
Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
