Project Manager (m/f/d) AI Solutions

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for our AI solutions in the IT department, starting as soon as possible.

Here's how you will shape the future of IDEAL:

• You will lead AI initiatives from the initial idea to successful implementation in the company. • You will be the central contact point for specialist departments, IT, and external partners, connecting them with each other. • You will translate complex technological requirements into understandable work packages and structured project steps. • After implementing new AI applications, you will ensure their quality and maintain the sustainable performance of the solutions. • You will advance the development of AI expertise within IDEAL, bring in insights from networks and associations, and support the implementation of regulatory requirements.

What makes you the right fit:

• You have successfully completed studies, preferably in (business) informatics, economics, or a comparable qualification. • You bring several years of experience in (IT) project management or a coordinating interface role. • You are comfortable with modern AI technologies and platforms and have a solid understanding of current AI models and their potential applications. • You have strong communication and moderation skills to successfully convey complex technical matters and align diverse interests. • Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and initiative.
