• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of internet and DSL connections

• Line testing and measurements for fault analysis

• Control and setup of end devices (e.g., routers)

• Performing configurations at the external cabinet (Main Distribution Frame)

• On-site troubleshooting and setup of home networks

• Laying cables into the client's residence

• Documenting the assignments undertaken

• Advising clients on suitable devices and solutions

• An affinity for technology and interest in working in the field – career changers welcome

• Good German language skills for client interaction

• Independent, reliable work style

• Service-oriented demeanour and enjoyment of interacting with people

• Willingness to learn new things and develop further
