Student Assistant (m/f/d) BVB FanWelt

The BVB Merchandising GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA and is responsible for the procurement, sales, and licensing of consumer goods bearing the Borussia Dortmund brand.

The BVB Merchandising GmbH is seeking support from student assistants for the BVB FanWelt and the BVB FanShop Krone as soon as possible.

• Handling all checkout processes and using the cash register & merchandise management system

• Providing individual customer advice and selling goods

• Maintaining and presenting merchandise

• Assisting with inventories

• Customising shirts with flock prints

• Currently enrolled in a university or college

• Initial experience in retail is desirable

• Strong service and customer orientation

• Independent working style

• Confident and friendly demeanour

• Availability on match days and weekends

• Good command of English
