For our location in Speyer, we are looking for a Department Head / Team Leader Beverages (m/f/x).

• Department Responsibility: You will independently manage the beverage department and ensure smooth business operations.
  

• Sales Promotion: You will enhance the department with attractive product displays and cleanliness.
  

• Assortment Management: You will handle ordering and are responsible for correct pricing.
  

• Leadership: You know how to motivate your team and are in charge of personnel scheduling.
  

• Professional Experience: You have completed training in retail and have experience in beverage sales.
  

• Leadership Responsibility: Preferably, you have experience in personnel management.
  

• Customer-oriented Approach: You enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for retail.
  

• Organisational Skills: Whether it's stock management or personnel scheduling, you always keep your department in view.
