Since 2009, EDEKA Stiegler has represented quality, freshness, and a wide range of groceries. With our passion for food and the region, we delight people across nine locations in the beautiful Vorderpfalz. For our location in Speyer, we are seeking a Department Manager/Team Leader for Beverages.

• Area Responsibility: You will independently manage the beverages section and ensure smooth business operations.
  

• Sales Promotion: You will design the department in terms of appealing product presentation and cleanliness.
  

• Assortment Management: You will handle ordering and are responsible for accurate pricing.
  

• Leadership: You have the ability to motivate your team and are responsible for staff deployment planning.
  

• Experience: You have completed a retail apprenticeship and have experience in selling beverages.
  

• Leadership Responsibility: You preferably have experience in managing staff.
  

• Customer-Oriented Approach: You enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for retail.
  

• Organisational Skills: Whether inventory management or staff deployment planning, you always have your department under control.
