Do you want to use your technical expertise to ensure that modern production facilities run reliably? As Technical Support (m/f/d) based in Göttingen, you ensure the technical availability and continuous improvement of our automated systems. Your solution-oriented approach helps minimise downtime and further develop our processes.

Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and repair measures for production facilities

  • Ensure appropriate spare parts planning and availability

  • Conduct fault analyses and systematic troubleshooting of machines and equipment

  • Initiate and sustainably implement suitable measures for fault remediation

  • Ensure the technical availability and reliability of production facilities

  • Identify and contribute to improvement potentials in facilities, processes, and maintenance procedures

  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality assurance, and other departments

Requirements

  • Completed training in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field, plus additional qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production facilities is desirable

  • Sound technical understanding of mechanics, electronics, and automation technology

  • Ideally, experience with PLC-controlled systems (e.g., Siemens S7 / TIA Portal)

  • Structured, careful, and proactive working style

  • Strong proactive attitude, high implementation strength, and initiative

  • Solution-oriented approach and persistence in the face of challenges

  • Willingness to work in shifts
