Your responsibilities:

• As a passionate host and motivational leader, you transform “your” restaurant into the social hub of your surroundings every day

• You are co-responsible for all operational processes, ensure high-quality standards, efficient and sustainable resource use, and the implementation of our service philosophy

We expect from you:

• Warmth, friendliness, and openness to provide our guests with the BLOCK HOUSE FEELING

• Successfully completed training as a specialist in system catering, restaurant management, or hotel management

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector and some leadership experience is required

• A friendly, open-minded personality with a strong service orientation

• Readiness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high commitment

• Fluent German and good English skills
