Software Deployment Specialist (m/f/d)

Block Systems GmbH is the IT service provider for the BLOCK Group, responsible for the reliable operation and continuous development of the IT landscape. What we are looking forward to:

• Administration and development of software distribution

• Planning, implementation, and monitoring of software rollouts

• Responsibility for patch management to ensure a current and secure system landscape

• Support and administration of Matrix42 Empirum and neo42 systems

• Analysis and troubleshooting in the area of software distribution

• Participation in IT projects and optimisation of existing processes

• Documentation of systems and work processes

• Support for our users through the IT hotline (approximately once a week for four hours)

What we expect:

• Completed IT vocational training at least at skilled worker level, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable or higher qualification

• Several years of practical experience in software distribution and patch management

• Profound knowledge in Matrix42 Empirum and neo42

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong service and customer orientation

• Teamwork ability and good communication skills

• A Class B driving license is advantageous
