• You provide practical and theoretical riding lessons for students of all ages and skill levels

• You develop individual training plans tailored to each riding student

• You care for and look after the horses diligently

• You reliably monitor the stables

• You organise and conduct riding events and courses

• You engage with parents and teachers regarding student progress

• You maintain the riding facilities

• You have completed training as a riding instructor or hold a comparable qualification

• You have experience working with students and young people

• You are passionate about horses and equestrian sports

• You enjoy and excel at working reliably as part of a team

• You communicate clearly and effectively

• You can show flexibility

• You are available to work on weekends
