Your responsibilities:

• Is the grill assembled? Are enough top-quality steaks prepared? Vegetables ready?
  

• Then it's time to start preparing the sides and grilling the perfect steaks for our many regular guests

• Work hand in hand with your colleagues (m/f/d) in the open grill kitchen, plate after plate is completed – success is best achieved together, and it's more enjoyable

• Is your workplace tidy? Are our foolproof standards observed?

• Is the stock checked? Are food storage guidelines followed?

• The thorough cleaning is done overnight – you are not responsible for this

We expect from you:

• Cordiality, friendliness, and openness to give our guests the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE

• Good German language skills

• Teamwork and flexibility

• Ability to keep an overview - even with many guests

• Experience in the hospitality industry or culinary training

• Career changers from the service sector are welcome
