Description
You inspect and assess the surfaces of our vehicles and prepare them professionally for painting.
You handle the vehicle painting process from preparation to finish.
You independently mix colours and shades and also create special effect coatings.
You plan and monitor the workflow in the painting area to ensure an optimal result.
You evaluate your work results and ensure they meet our high Autohero quality standards.
You document quality assurance measures and report on their effectiveness to our headquarters in Berlin.
Requirements
You have completed training as a car painter, automotive painter, or have a comparable qualification.
You work independently, carefully, and efficiently.
You have a good sense of colour and quality.
You enjoy working in a team and are reliable.
You possess fluent German language skills.
You present yourself in a friendly and professional manner.
