We are looking for you to join Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH for a commercial apprenticeship as an E-Commerce Clerk (m/f/d) at our Göttingen location. You will work at the intersection of purchasing, marketing, logistics, accounting, and IT. The traineeship starts on 01/08/2027 and lasts for 3 years.
Description
Rotate through various departments following a structured training plan to learn about processes and workflows
Participate in international projects
Assist in the design of the product range and procurement of goods and services
Promote our offerings in online shops, online marketplaces, social media, or blogs to boost sales
Communicate with customers via email or phone, handling inquiries, complaints, or delivery requests
Plan target group and product-specific online marketing activities, organise the creation and placement of advertisements, and evaluate their success
Participate in regular workshops, internal training, and structured exam preparation
Requirements
Strong interest in economics

An analytical, reliable, and careful personality
Customer orientation and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational talent and a structured work approach
Excellent knowledge of English, German, Maths, and Business/Law, with proficient use of MS Office programs
