Production Staff or Machine Operator (m/f/d) - Open to Career Changers

Westfälische Drahtindustrie GmbH (WDI), headquartered in Hamm, is Europe's largest independent wire producer. We are leaders in quality wires and bright steel.

For our plant in Schwerte, we are looking for you as a Production Employee / Machine Operator.

• You will operate machines and equipment for the production of bright steel bars

• You will set up and adjust the production equipment

• You will inspect the bars for quality

• You will document the inspection results

• You will prepare the finished goods for dispatch

• Experience in metalworking is advantageous

• Experience in machine operation is good, but career changers are welcome

• You are committed, reliable, and work independently

• You are flexible and resilient

• You enjoy working in a team

• You are willing to work shifts
