• Responsibility: You will manage the in-store bakery, ensuring business operations run smoothly.

• Sales Promotion: You will design the department for an appealing product presentation and cleanliness.

• Product Range Management: You will handle orders and be responsible for accurate pricing.

• Leadership: You will know how to motivate your team and be responsible for staff planning.

• Training: Ideally, you have training as a sales assistant, specialist sales assistant, baker, confectioner, or similar.

• Professional Experience: You have experience working with baked goods.

• Leadership Responsibility: Preferably, you have initial experience in personnel management.

• Customer Orientation: You enjoy working with people and have a passion for fresh food.

• Organisational Skills: Whether in inventory management or staff planning, you always have your department in sight.
