Do you want to expand your IT skills and enter the German job market? Skill IT Up from Kiron is a free online programme for people with a migration or refugee background who already have some IT experience and wish to further develop their skills.

• Participation in a 6-month online programme focusing on IT Operations & AI Support

• Refreshing and expanding basic IT knowledge

• Working with Windows, Linux, and Microsoft 365

• Learning about cybersecurity, networking, data protection, and GDPR

• Using AI tools for IT support and troubleshooting

• Building knowledge on cloud basics, infrastructure, and user management

• Creating a CV, LinkedIn profile, and GitHub portfolio

• Participating in interview training, job clinics, and career events

• Exchanging ideas with other participants in small study groups

• Migration or refugee background

• Residence in Germany

• German language skills at least at B2 level

• Initial experience in IT through study, courses, professional experience, or self-study

• Interest in IT support, cloud technologies, and AI applications

• Willingness to dedicate 5 to 10 hours per week to the programme

• Motivation to enter the German IT job market
