IT Specialist - Application Development

We are looking to strengthen our production team with a trainee in the field of IT Specialist - Application Development.

Your responsibilities:

The main focus of the three-year training programme as an IT Specialist in Application Development at our company, apart from the general commercial and legal basics, is software development in an industrial environment.

As a trainee, you will be particularly involved in the following areas:

• Integration of actuators/sensors into control software, especially focusing on:
  • Computer vision (camera systems and image processing)
    
  • Control of laser beam sources and laser deflection units
    
  • Control development based on ISO C and ISO C++.
    
• Development of commissioning and service tools (based on Python 3), including:
  • Tools for commissioning machine functions
    
  • Tools for analysing log files and diagnosing machine functions in customer service
    
• Quality assurance through the development of automated (unit) tests
  

You should bring the following qualifications: You have a diploma from a technical secondary school. You are interested in data processing, enjoy new technology, and have analytical and logical thinking skills. You like working in a team and are attentive to the relevant concerns of your colleagues. You enjoy taking on new challenges with a wide range of tasks and work very independently and goal-oriented. The training duration is 3 years.
