Construction Manager / Project Coordinator (m/f/d) in the Pipeline Construction Sector
Your Responsibilities:
As a Construction Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the complete execution of construction projects within a defined site area. You will coordinate all processes, manage the site personnel, and ensure adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
Your Tasks:
- Independent management and organisation of the construction site operations
- Coordination of personnel, materials, and equipment deployment
- Creation and monitoring of construction schedules
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Guidance and allocation of staff on site
- Documentation of construction progress, preparation of measurements, and performance recording
- Participation in inspections and approvals, as well as communication with clients and authorities
- Continuous optimisation of processes regarding quality and costs
Your Profile:
- Qualification as a foreman, master craftsman, technician, or civil engineering graduate
- Several years of relevant professional experience in construction management, ideally in pipeline construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations and technical standards
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and organisational talent
- Confident manner towards clients, authorities, and staff
