We work flexibly online, remotely, and where appropriate, in person. Our aim is simple: We help people better understand financial matters, make informed decisions, and gradually build more security for their future. For us, good financial advice starts with listening, understanding, and trust, not with products. That's why we're looking for individuals who have more than just language skills. People with an international background, cultural awareness, and a genuine understanding of different life paths. Those who know two worlds – Germany and another language, culture, or community – can build bridges where others only see numbers. Our entry is consciously open: through an internship, trial phase, or trainee program. You will learn step-by-step how modern financial coaching works, how we support our clients, and how knowledge becomes real guidance. Our 1:1 coaching makes it easy for you to enter a new professional world. From the start, our team supports you – technically, personally, and humanly. On request, this can lead to a full qualification with recognized qualifications, such as becoming a financial consultant or advisor.
