EDEKA Milkau is a successful family business within the EDEKA Group. In eight markets, you ensure that the fresh produce sections run smoothly and customers receive high-quality food.

• Full Responsibility: You manage the fresh produce areas (meat, sausage, cheese, fish) at the Milkau markets and organise the operations behind the counters.

• Concept Development: You closely collaborate with management and department heads to develop joint strategies.

• Control: You implement quality standards and are responsible for the application of hygiene guidelines (HACCP).

• Point of Contact: Your role includes the guidance, coordination, support and motivation of staff.

• Company Identification: You embody our company philosophy and aim to shape the future successfully with us.

• Training: You have completed training as a butcher, chef, or specialist sales assistant in the food trade.

• Experience: You have professional and management experience in a butchery department, service counter or kitchen.

• Versatility: Your strengths include creativity, assertiveness, flexibility, and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Career Changers: Career changers such as chefs or service staff from the catering industry are also welcome.

• Reliability: You are an organisational talent, act responsibly and also actively work at the counter.
