Kitchen Assistant in Grävenwiesbach (m/f/d)

Do you want to work in a kitchen and support guests with good food? The youth hostel Grävenwiesbach is one of the 28 youth hostels in Hessen. Together with around 500 employees, we create places where school classes, groups, and families have wonderful experiences. As a kitchen assistant, you help ensure our guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.

• Support the kitchen team in daily operations

• Attend to the buffet as needed

• Contribute to the cold kitchen

• Assist in preparing meals for groups and families

• Work with regional products

• Work in shifts, primarily early and late shifts

• Also work on weekends and public holidays

• Provide support wherever needed

• Work according to fixed quality standards

• Quickly learn new tasks and processes

• Recognise where help is needed

• Work flexibly and independently

• Work responsibly

• Friendly interaction with guests

• Fluent in German

• Enjoy working in a team

• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance

• It's also possible to work only in the evenings or at weekends
