We are looking for you as a Commercial Fleet Dispatcher (m/f/d) at our St. Ingbert location.

• You will create personnel deployment plans for fleet staff

• You will plan and manage deployments with subcontractors

• You will check, monitor, and adjust working hours if necessary

• You will be the point of contact for drivers with questions and concerns

• You will ensure compliance with work instructions in the fleet

• You will compile and produce statistics for deployment planning

• You have completed commercial training or have equivalent qualifications and experience gained through professional experience and further training

• You have relevant professional experience in a comparable position and think economically

• You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

• You display confidence and assertiveness

• You have excellent communication skills

• You impress with your independent, structured, and reliable work style
