In this role, you will manage consultation procedures and resolve disputed hospital bills. You will assess whether the criteria for a consultation procedure are met. You are responsible for medically, legally, and formally evaluating case files. Coordinating with hospitals and overseeing cases to closure are part of your duties. Additionally, you will review DRG hospital cases and advocate for the interests of AOK.

You are a clerk in the healthcare sector, a medical coding specialist, social insurance specialist, or health and nursing professional.
You have work experience in reviewing hospital bills.
You understand the legal and professional foundations of hospital billing.

💶 Salary & Social Benefits: €54,900–€67,900 in Group 8 BAT/AOK-New, including Christmas and holiday bonuses, as well as family-related allowances.

🏠 Remote Working: Up to 60% of your working time can be from home.

⏳ Up to 50 Days Leave: 30 to 50 days of annual leave, with Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve off.
