Technician (m/f/d) in the Control Centre

We are looking for a technician in the field of building technology for the control room. The position is permanent, full-time with 39 hours per week on a shift basis.

• Perform maintenance and repair work, responding promptly to safety-related issues

• Ensure and restore the functionality of technical and building systems

• Rescue individuals from elevator systems

• Operate, monitor, and optimise security and building automation systems

• Analyse system notifications and initiate appropriate measures

• Document all operations digitally in the CAFM system

• Completed training in technical building systems (e.g., electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, plant mechanics) or a comparable qualification

• Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome

• Good technical understanding and PC skills

• Experience in technical services or maintenance is advantageous

• Knowledge of building automation systems is an advantage

• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently, as well as being a team player

• A category B driving licence is advantageous
