Team Member (m/f/d) BVB FanShop Centro

Borussia Dortmund is a globally renowned football club and a company with over 900 employees. We are looking for support in full-time (40 hours per week) for the BVB FanShop Centro in Oberhausen.

• Conduct cash transactions and work with the cash register and merchandise management system

• Provide friendly and personal customer service

• Sell merchandise

• Maintain and beautifully present goods

• Assist with inventories

• Customize shirts with flocking

• Completed training in retail or a similar qualification

• Initial experience in retail, preferably with textiles

• Friendly approach to customers and good service skills

• Independent working style

• Confident and friendly demeanour

• Flexibility, team spirit, and reliability

• Good English skills
