YOUR TASKS
You will be responsible for and coordinate the supply technology section in our projects, bringing your experience to the table. In addition, your duties will include the following:
- Planning and designing all performance phases of HOAI according to the wishes of our business partners and clients
- Independent communication with internal and external clients within project work
- Coordination in consultation with other disciplines
- Preparation of cost calculations and tender documents
- Technical support for project monitoring
YOUR PROFILE
You are professionally competent in supply technology (HVAC) and have several years of professional experience. You possess a confident demeanour, a high level of social competence, and work goal- and result-oriented. After a certain period of familiarisation, you can confidently take on your tasks in the project team.
- Successfully completed education (Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor or similar) and solid technical knowledge in heating, ventilation, and sanitary engineering
- Industry-specific professional experience as well as experience in the planning process according to HOAI
- Good knowledge of BIM360, Revit, AutoCAD 3D, or similar CAD programs
- Experience with industry-standard calculation software
- Proficient use of MS Office, good German skills, and preferably good English skills as well
