Description

As a conscientious and service-oriented IT Service Specialist, you'll support the employees in our Munich office in regard to all questions relating to information and telecommunications technology in our Microsoft-based corporate environment. This includes installing, configuring, and commissioning hard- and software components and ensuring that they function properly, as well as training and advising users. Furthermore, you'll document your tasks in our ticketing system and prepare technical documentation, instructions, and best-practice descriptions. You'll support videoconferences and in-house events and perform logistical and administrative tasks in the IT environment, such as the acceptance and inventory of goods. As a member of our global second-level IT service team, you'll work together closely with other internal IT functions and external service partners, ensuring the implementation and smooth operation of local, regional, and global IT solutions and projects., You'll be part of the nine-member local IT Service Team in Munich and also work together closely with your other IT Service colleagues across our German and Austrian offices. The team is comprised of people with different professional profiles who complement one another perfectly. Your manager will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally.
