Event Logistics Employee (m/f/d)

At BVB Event & Catering GmbH, as an Event Logistics Employee (m/f/d), you'll ensure that events at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK run smoothly – from corporate and private events to conferences and trade fairs, all the way to match days.

We are looking for you to join us full-time (40 hours per week) as soon as possible.

• Coordinate, carry out, and supervise the setup and dismantling of event areas – including furniture, conference technology (lighting, speakers, televisions, microphones), and additional tasks in the service area such as conference and table setups.

• Plan the allocation of personnel from service providers, distribute hours, instruct on-site, assign tasks, and ensure quality.

• Create and maintain time, schedule, and deployment plans for all event formats, including match days.

• Manage and provide event materials as well as ensure order, structure, and cleanliness in storage areas.

• Document processes with checklists, inventory lists, and acceptance protocols, and conduct regular inventories.

• Ideally, completed training in event management, logistics, or event organisation, or work experience in these fields.

• Strong organisational skills and a reliable work approach.

• Confident and authentic demeanour along with a high level of discretion.

• High resilience and diplomatic behaviour even in challenging situations.

• High level of motivation and assertiveness.

• Proficient communication skills in German.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Good knowledge of English.

• Ideally, experience with common conference technology.
