Customer Advisor / Salesperson (m/f/d) Car Rental – also open to career changers

Do you enjoy interacting with people and have an interest in cars and mobility? At Europcar, you assist customers with car rentals and provide friendly and professional service.

• Renting out the vehicle fleet to customers

• Advising and selling additional services

• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as vehicle scheduling and cash handling

• Collaborating with the team in daily operations

• Working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Providing friendly on-site customer service

• Enjoy interacting with customers and have a friendly demeanour

• Ideally, some initial experience in sales, hospitality, gastronomy, retail, or a similar field

• Fluent in German

• Basic knowledge of English or willingness to learn

• Team spirit and good communication skills

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

• Interest in cars and mobility
