Join AOK Niedersachsen and support the revenue management team. In this role, you ensure that contributions are processed correctly and provide advisory support to customers.
Description
Management of contribution accounts for pension beneficiaries, recipients of foreign pensions, and individuals with earned income
Determination of contribution assessment bases and contribution amounts
Reminder of overdue contributions
Advising customers and liaising with payers
Data entry and processing of bookings
Requirements
Completed training as a Social Insurance Clerk, Tax Clerk, Health Commerce Specialist, or equivalent qualification
Practical experience in the contribution field of health and nursing insurance
Knowledge of contributions and reporting regulations in health and nursing insurance
Proficient use of MS Office and programs like oscare (SAP) and X-Out
German language skills at B2/C1 level and English at A2 level
Teamwork, discretion, and reliability
