Your Responsibilities:

• As a passionate host and motivating leader, you transform "your" restaurant daily into the social centre of your area

• You are jointly responsible for all operational processes, ensuring high quality standards, efficient and sustainable use of resources, and implementing our service philosophy

What We Require from You:

• Warmth, friendliness, and openness to give our guests the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE

• Successfully completed training as a professional in system catering, restaurant management, or hotel management

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry and initial leadership experience are required

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong service orientation

• Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high commitment

• Fluent German and good English skills
