Foreperson (m/w/d) Specialising in Heating and Plumbing Technology

We are looking for a Foreperson for Heating and Plumbing Technology in the Facility Technology sector. The position is permanent, full-time, with 39 hours per week.

• Represent and support the group leader for the heating and plumbing technology trade

• Co-lead the trade both technically and disciplinarily

• Accept and process orders

• Schedule and allocate work

• Estimate and prepare offers for maintenance projects

• Manage and supervise external companies

• Document and invoice orders in the CAFM system (SAP)

• Order materials and tools

• Completed apprenticeship as a gas-water installer, systems mechanic, heating and ventilation engineer or similar is required

• Several years of professional experience in sanitary and heating technology

• Computer skills in MS Office are advantageous

• Reliability and the ability to work independently under guidance

• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of communication

• Willingness to take on on-call duties

• Driving licence class B is an advantage

💶 Compensation between €3,068.03 and €3,605.95 gross per month (full-time)

➕ Supplements for night, Sunday, and holiday work, plus a foreperson allowance of €250 gross per month
