• Prepare negotiations in a structured manner and identify strategic needs for action

• Develop and design tailored contract solutions

• Sustainably implement contracts and derive and accompany measures

• Develop professional concepts and successfully bring them into practice

• Optimise professional and technical interface processes

• Ensure efficient and transparent procedures

• Manage care using key figures and analyses

• Further develop the reporting system

• Actively shape cooperation with external partners

• Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field

• Extensive experience in care management

• Good knowledge of contractual medical rights
