We are looking for you to join our team as a Technical Administrator with a focus on commercial operations.
Description
Plan the long-term location strategy for organisational units and strategically develop properties further
Handle space and requirements enquiries, including site visits and economic feasibility studies
Support the department management in data maintenance and produce evaluations from the CAFM and SAP system
Draft responses to enquiries from politics and administration
Conduct investment, cost, and economic calculations and prepare them in an understandable manner
Requirements
Completed studies in real estate management, facility management, business administration or equivalent (or qualified real estate specialist)
Several years of experience in managing large real estate and space portfolios, ideally with CAFM and ERP systems
Experience in analysing and evaluating complex data sets, good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Access)
Knowledge in controlling, strategic planning, and economic calculation
High quality awareness and good communication skills
