IT System Administrator

In summary, we are seeking a qualified professional from this field or a versatile individual who has acquired substantial IT knowledge part-time to support our IT department. Description

• Installation of our computer systems, hardware, and operating systems

• Troubleshooting and repairs of computer systems sent to us by customers

• Assistance with helpdesk support for customer calls

• Responsibility for IT inventory and procurement

• Participation in acquisitions and evaluations in the IT sector Requirements

• Qualification as an IT systems integration specialist or similar

• Optional: Knowledge in IT administration

• Fluent German in both verbal and written form; English or French not mandatory but advantageous

• A candidate with Eastern European language skills would also be interesting as we are increasingly active in those regions for telephone support

• Office-based role 80-100% in the Waldshut area

• Willingness for field service, simple daily service assignments if desired
