For our market in Ulmen, we are looking for a Department Manager / Team Leader Service Counter / Butchery (m/f/d).

• Responsibilities: You will manage the financial metrics of your department and actively implement measures to increase sales and profits.

• Staff Planning: You will plan the deployment of staff according to needs and ensure optimal staffing levels.

• Expertise: With your specialist knowledge, you will assist our customers in selecting high-quality products from the fresh food counter.

• Inventory Management: You will continuously monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of products according to demand.

• Professional Experience: You have completed training as a sales specialist, butcher, chef, or have a similar qualification.

• Leadership Experience: You are skilled at leading and motivating a team.

• Customer-Oriented Approach: You enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for fresh food.

• Organisational Skills: Whether it's stock management or staff planning, you always have your department in sight.
