Your responsibilities
- Maintenance and upkeep of the client and server network
- User helpdesk
- Support of phone systems and printers
- Constant update of system documentation
- Collaboration with IT departments at our other locations
Your profile:
- Successfully completed IT-related training (e.g., IT specialist, IT system sales, IT system electronics, IT purchasing manager or similar with initial professional experience - this advertisement is intended for m/f/d
- Good knowledge of current Windows operating systems (Windows 10) as well as strong MS Office skills
- Strong hardware and networking knowledge as well as familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
- Good English language skills
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills and an independent, swift, and efficient work style
- Sense of responsibility and team spirit
