Intro

The Central Services department manages the personnel matters of the city administration. This includes supporting civil servants in all aspects of their service relationship.

We are looking for you to join our team as a Personnel Administrator for civil servants on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week.

Description

  • Handle civil service personnel matters in electronic record management

  • Establish and terminate civil service relationships

  • Manage topics such as remuneration, maternity protection, parental leave, sabbaticals, and service-related accidents

  • Conduct further personnel-related measures

Requirements

  • Completed studies as Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/in (FH), Bachelor of Arts in Administration, or Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent)

  • Experience in dealing with legal regulations, especially in civil service and personnel law

  • Strong social skills

  • Analytical thinking, commitment, independence, and teamwork skills

  • Confident demeanour and assertiveness
