For our location in Hürth, we are looking for you as a deputy nursing manager (PDL) (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Support the PDL in implementing the care of our clients
• Contribute to the organisation of our structural framework
• Ensure optimal nursing and social care on-site with our patients
• Work on the improvement and implementation of nursing concepts
• Ensure a good working environment where everyone can perform optimally

What We Are Looking For

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
• Experience with management tasks or training as a nursing manager (m/f/d)
• Class B driving licence
• You are committed, a team player, and work with heart and passion
• You enjoy working with people and dealing with the elderly and those in need of care
