IT Support Staff (m/f/d) Application Support

Borussia Dortmund is a globally renowned football club and a publicly listed company with over 900 employees. We are seeking an IT support staff member for application support as soon as possible. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week.

• 1st-level IT support via the Jira Service Desk

• Planning, procurement, and integration of hardware components

• Operation, technical support, and development of existing IT infrastructure at various locations

• Management of the Microsoft environment, such as Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, and Microsoft 365

• Creation and maintenance of documentation in Confluence and Jira

• Contributing to IT processes and participating in IT projects related to infrastructure

• Support in the technical preparation and management of home games

• Technical media support for events, such as press conferences

• Completed technical degree with a focus on IT, completed training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification

• Solid knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows

• Professional experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange

• Basic knowledge in media technology

• Independent, structured, and proactive working style

• High flexibility and willingness to work on match days

• Open communication and enjoyment of teamwork

• Friendly and confident interaction with internal and external contacts

• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
