Description

What to Expect from Us

Schildwall is a growing company in the field of occupational safety and HSE Consulting. We support our clients across Germany in both challenging construction and execution projects, as well as in the structural and strategic development of HSE topics within the company.

As an HSE Project Manager / Safety Engineer (m/f/d), you will handle challenging HSE topics directly on-site with clients. Your role mainly focuses on larger construction and execution projects but also involves structural and strategic consulting for companies. You will assist in effectively bringing HSE and occupational safety guidelines into practice, working at the interface between HSE, construction management, project management, and the executing trades.

Your Role

  • Manage challenging HSE topics directly on-site with clients – primarily in larger construction and execution projects, but also in consulting for companies.
  • Support implementation of HSE and occupational safety guidelines in practice and solidly embed them in daily project work.
  • Participate in hazard assessments, risk analyses, and safety evaluations.
  • Guide subcontractors and trades in adhering to relevant guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and advancement of HSE structures and in harmonising requirements.
  • Organise HSE topics, measures, and key figures and develop practicable solutions from them.
  • Operate at the interface between HSE, construction management, project management, and executing trades.

What You Bring

  • Qualification as a Safety Specialist and/or SiGeKo
  • Ideally, a completed technical or scientific degree with an engineering focus, or certification as a technician or master craftsman
  • Several years of professional experience in consulting, HSE, or in a construction-related, technical, or industrial environment
  • You enjoy travelling and are keen to directly accompany projects on-site with clients or at construction sites within the extended regional area
  • You can structurally analyse demanding technical and HSE-related topics, derive concepts from them, and implement them in projects
  • You can adapt concepts, measures, and safety-relevant topics appropriately for audiences and confidently represent them to decision-makers

Why Schildwall

  • Flexible Work Design: We aim to give you as much individuality in your daily work as possible. Whether it's home office, trust-based working time, or your time management in day-to-day projects – what's important to us is mainly that you manage your topics well and reliably support our clients.
  • **Company Car** for your assignments and private use
  • Right to Help Shape Things: It's also your workplace – and we want you to actively shape it. We look forward to someone who contributes their own ideas, makes suggestions, and wishes to influence the development of our company and our collaboration.
  • 30 Days Holiday
  • **Bonus Payments:** If your work results in project extensions or new contracts, you are directly percentage-involved in this success.
  • Relaxed Team: You'll find a friendly, easy-going environment with people who want to build something together. It's important to us that you feel comfortable as an individual and not just seen as a function.
