: Transformation Manager

In this role you will work closely with the Group COO senior mgmt. to deliver our strategic agenda. As part of the team you will be the magnifying glass for the world outside and inside, at the heart of our strategic initiatives, conducting market research, crafting businesses cases and monitoring progress across a broad variety of topics. Your analytical prowess and innovative mindset will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional senior leaders to support them defining and delivering they transformation book of work.

GCOO Strategy & Initiatives sits within the Transformation Strategy & Investment Governance team, which is responsible for the bank wide investment decisions, change governance, oversight, and enablement.

Your key responsibilities
* Collaborate with various senior managers to initiate and drive key initiatives and ensure strategic alignment
* Develop appropriate structures & frameworks to ensure sustainable decisions and delivery of initiatives
* Prepare and present reports and decision-making documents to senior mgmt.
* Monitor and manage progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on track and aligned to GCOO's objectives
* Developing strategic plans and identifying initiatives to achieve our strategic objectives
* Lead & coordinate high priority cross-divisional strategic initiatives within GCOO
* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact GCOO and build a network to enable this
* Conduct targeted in-depth market research and competitive analysis
* Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
