Are you looking for a responsible job in building technology? At the Virchow Clinic Campus in Berlin-Wedding, you will support the team in the GTS technology area, ensuring that orders are well planned and executed.

Description

  • You take on the deputy group leadership in the GTS trade

  • You receive customer orders and clarify any open questions

  • You advise customers on their orders

  • You plan, coordinate, and distribute work orders

  • You manage and oversee external service providers

  • You regularly maintain the CAFM system

  • You plan and order materials as needed

  • You conduct safety briefings

  • You carry out maintenance and repairs

  • You work closely with adjacent supervisory areas

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in a skilled trade

  • You have several years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience in renovating old buildings is beneficial

  • Knowledge in interior construction is helpful in your work

  • You are proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

  • You are familiar with metal, wood, and building materials

  • Craftsmanship is one of your strengths

  • You work flexibly, reliably, and independently

  • You enjoy working with others in a team

  • You communicate openly and cooperatively

  • Quality, solutions, and friendliness are important to you

  • You have a driving licence

  • If born after 1970, you can prove measles immunity or vaccination
