Description
Independently processing applications for nursing care insurance benefits, such as care allowance, short-term care, preventative care, and partial inpatient care
Reviewing, documenting, and processing benefit claims using an SAP-based IT platform
Providing telephone advice to those in need of care, relatives, carers, and interested parties
Coordinating communication with stakeholders in care insurance, such as Medical Services, care services, and facilities
Contributing to high customer satisfaction and identifying sales potential in daily work
Requirements
Training as a social insurance clerk or as a health care management clerk with two years of professional experience
Alternatively, a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the field
Ideally, practical experience in processing nursing care insurance claims
Independent and responsible working style
Enjoyment in dealing with people and providing advice
