Site Manager (m/f/d)

- Leading a team of approximately 20 members
- Ensuring operational processes, house rules, and occupational safety
- Close collaboration with the client and external service providers
- Planning of shifts and annual leave
- Management of internal processes and controlling
- Documentation of operations, participation in and organization of meetings

YOU ENJOY YOUR JOB AND BRING THE FOLLOWING:
- Essential: Three years of relevant professional experience with leadership experience in the accommodation of refugees or equivalent
- Good German skills (at least B2 level)
- Vocational training or degree and English skills desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office is advantageous
