Your tasks:

• Grill assembled? Ample quality steaks ready? Vegetables prepped? 

• Then it's time to prepare the sides and grill the perfect steaks for our regular guests

• Working hand in hand with your colleagues (m/w/d) in the open grill kitchen - completing dish after dish is best done together and is more fun

• Is your workstation tidy? Our guaranteed success standards followed?

• Stock checked? Food storage guidelines adhered to?

• Thorough cleaning is done overnight - that’s not your responsibility

We expect from you:

• Warmth, friendliness and openness to provide our guests with the BLOCK HOUSE FEELING

• Good German language skills

• Team spirit and flexibility

• Calmness - even with many guests

• Professional experience in the hospitality industry or relevant training

• Career changers from the service sector are welcome
